Return & Exchange Policy

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags (if applicable). Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted in case of wrong item received, damaged product, or manufacturing defects only.

4. Proof Requirement

Customers may be asked to share clear pictures or videos of the product to help us verify the issue before approval.

5. Exchange Process

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as clearance products, accessories marked as final sale, or hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return.

7. Refunds

If an exchange is not possible, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit or original payment method (depending on case approval).
